By downloading or using Roveio ("the app"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of the service

Roveio is a travel planning app that generates personalized itineraries, free-tour routes, and local recommendations using artificial intelligence. The service operates under a freemium model with a credit system.

2. User accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Roveio.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Roveio to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to access other users' data.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
  • Abuse or fraudulently manipulate the credit system.

4. Credits and payments

  • Roveio offers free credits with limitations and paid credit packs.
  • Paid credits are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Consumed credits are non-refundable, except as required by Apple's or Google's refund policies.
  • To request a refund for a purchase, contact the store through which you purchased (App Store or Google Play) directly.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active.

5. Limitation of liability

Itineraries, routes, and recommendations generated by Roveio are AI-based suggestions and do not constitute professional travel advice.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of suggested places, schedules, or prices.
  • We are not responsible for travel decisions made based on content generated by the app.
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from the use of the app.
  • We recommend always verifying information before making bookings or travel arrangements.

6. Intellectual property

  • The code, design, brand, and content of Roveio are the property of Mario Carmona.
  • Itineraries generated for you are for your personal use. You may not redistribute them for commercial purposes.
  • No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by using the app.

7. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications or discontinuations.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Roveio after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
